We are excited to welcome our new and returning students to Woodbridge High School. In this letter, you will find information regarding our Data Confirmation process for the 2025-2026 school year. Data Confirmation is a mandatory annual process for all students to update student information, understand policies and procedures, and receive registration forms. This process will begin on Monday, July 21, 2025. To start the online registration process, visit the Woodbridge Website and click on the “Parent Portal” link located under the “Parents” tab. Once logged in, you may select “Data Confirmation” under “Student Info”. Please ensure that you complete the Data Confirmation process for each child who attends WHS.
During designated registration time, students will:
- Turn in their Ticket to Registration (both student and parent signatures needed)
- Check out textbooks and/or Chromebook
- Buy WHS merchandise (optional)
- Take a yearbook photo (purchase school pictures)
- Receive a student ID card
- If needed, submit a digital request to meet with their counselor (appointments will be scheduled as needed)

New Student Orientation - Wednesday, August 13, 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM Link Crew is a student transition program that welcomes incoming freshmen and new students, helping them feel comfortable and supported throughout their first year of high school. The Link Crew leaders, who are current juniors and seniors, provide mentorship throughout the school year. | ||
